Based on this policy, we provide high-quality products and services in line with a consistent concept that applies to everything from planning to design, development, manufacturing, and our service regime.
Our company regards rail transportation as "a mission to transport large numbers of people to their respective destinations as safely, as quickly, and as comfortably as possible," and has endeavored to fulfill this mission to the best of its ability throughout its history. With this in mind, we also believe that we have "a mission to ensure that our products are safe, such that users use them with security," and offer products of the highest quality and a thoroughgoing service regime.
Reflecting our belief in the need to not only provide customers with satisfying products and offer a high level of service, but also to standardize operations and bring about a change in attitudes within society as a whole, in October 1999 we obtained ISO9001:1994 certification, the international standard for quality management systems.
In October 2017 we finished updating our system to comply with the ISO9001:2015, and will be striving to enhance customer satisfaction still further.
